DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery Rates (Within Singapore only):
We offer free delivery for orders above S$150 (excluding GST).
For orders above S$100, there will be a S$15 delivery fee (excluding GST).
For orders below S$100, there will be a S$25 delivery fee (excluding GST).
Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of payment.
Return Policy:
1) Returned goods will be inspected together with the original receipt, and all items must be in good condition.
2) The packaging must remain intact and in its original shipping container as received.
3) Refunds will not be issued for goods that have been used or damaged by the customer.
4) StarChoice will not be responsible for any shipments lost during the return transit.
